Homemade TV wall cabinet from MDF, by Bregje

It's been my dream for a long time to build my own TV wall cabinet when I ever have my own house. I recently moved in together, so the wall cabinet would be there. I drew my design in 3D to scale, to see how the TV cabinet would look like. I started with a self-made construction drawing. I built a construction of spruce wood and covered it with MDF Black. I ordered this custom at TOSIZE.co.uk. A perfect service. The wood was delivered exactly on the scheduled day, and accurate to the millimeter!

Work description: how did you realize your project

First I built a construction of spruce wooden beams. The head size of the beams is 69 x 44 mm with a length of 3.30 meters. Against the back wall I fixed a Multiplex panel with a thickness of 3.6 mm with sealant, after which I oiled it and lacquered it twice with clear lacquer satin gloss. I covered the construction with black MDF from TOSIZE.co.uk. I attached the MDF to the spruce construction with a nail gun. Finally, I painted the cabinet black with furniture paint black from Flexa.
