When cutting to size, we decided to have a new table top made of beautiful finger-jointed oak for our existing coffee table. Painted myself and very happy with the result.

Mount an oak top on the coffee table

Our coffee table had a glass top that we were very excited about. Therefore after some searching at TOSIZE.co.uk ordered a eikenhouten blad of 74.2 cm with beveled edge. Such a large size of oak is not available everywhere. But we received very nice finger-jointed material through this supplier. To do justice to the wood structure, but to protect the table top, I applied 4 layers of matte glitsa parquet varnish. We are very happy with the end result!
