Very easy

1 minuut

A beautiful and modern custom-made cabinet made of black quarter-sawn oak. This cabinet features space for accessories, but what makes the custom-made cabinet truly unique is the space to conceal the air conditioner. An air conditioner in the living room is undoubtedly very convenient on hot days. However, air conditioners are generally not very aesthetically pleasing. This solution to conceal the air conditioner in a custom-made cabinet has turned out very well.

Description by Corina

A new interior calls for a beautiful modern custom-made cabinet. The goal was storage space, concealing the wall-mounted air conditioner, and space for accessories.

How I Made This Project

Initially, I searched for ideas online and then scheduled an advisory meeting on-site regarding the possibilities and limitations of concealing an air conditioner in the cabinet. The complex issue was how to maintain the quality/appearance of the cabinet while also maximizing the air conditioner's capacity. After trial and error, we settled on flaps. When not needed, the air conditioner is not visible. Upon delivery, we did the installation ourselves.
